Three people are being treated for injuries after a police cruiser and a sedan collided in Yeadon.

It happened at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Baily Road and Wycombe Avenue.

Authorities say the officer was responding to a burglary call when his cruiser collided with another car.

The officer was transported to the hospital and was treated and released.

The two adults and one child in the other vehicle were also transported to the hospital. The child was uninjured and the parents are at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania for treatment.
