Police: Pa. mom out with kids was on heroin

NEW CASTLE, Pa. - April 30, 2012

The New Castle News reports 33-year-old Darcy Lynn Kelosky, of Ellwood City, has been at Jameson Hospital since her arrest about 9:40 p.m. Tuesday at a restaurant in New Castle.

Restaurant employees called police to report Kelosky's behavior and police say they arrived to find her holding a cell phone to her ear, but unresponsive, and say she kept nodding off as they tried to question her.

Online court records don't list an attorney for Kelosky who told police she snorted 10 stamp bags of heroin in five hours. She'll be arraigned on once she's released from the hospital.
