Ellwood City police say 33-year-old Darcy Lynn Kelosky, learned of her pregnancy while at Jameson Hospital in New Castle, where she was taken following her arrest Tuesday night at a restaurant in that city.
Kelosky surrendered on drug charges Monday and told a district judge she is an addict with mental health problems.
Restaurant employees called police on Tuesday and police arrived to find her nodding off as they tried to question her with her two other children, ages 2 and 3, present.
Police say Kelosky acknowledged snorting heroin and had some with her. Online court records don't list a defense attorney.
