Philadelphia Police say they found him on Broad Street near Chestnut Street around 2:00 a.m. Wednesday.
When officers reported to the scene, they say the nude man crawled under a police van. Police were able to talk him out from under the vehicle and then took the naked man into custody.
Officers believe the suspect has some mental issues. He was taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation.
No one was hurt during the incident.
