It happened Tuesday night when police say a man attacked a 57-year-old woman. The woman suffered minor injuries.
The suspect got away with the victim's 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser.
Investigators say the stolen car has Delaware tags with the number PC207913.
A surveillance photo of the suspect was released but authorities say the vehicle pictured is not the one that was stolen.
