Pennsylvania State Police tell Action News the wreckage from the one-vehicle crash has been cleared, but heavy delays remain on the eastbound side.
The crash was reported just before 3:30 p.m. Wednesday near the Belmont Avenue exit.
So far there is no word in injuries.
All eastbound lanes were being intermittently blocked as crews work to clear the wreckage.
