Amy's Arm Workout Tips:

1) THE MODIFIED PUSH-UP - a set of 12 or more. Knees on the ground. Strong posture. Gaze straight down, don't drop your head. Inhale as you lower, exhale as you push up. Great for the chest, shoulders and back.

2) THE CURL TO A PRESS - Grab a comfortable set of weights, from 2-5 pounds. Stand straight in a split stance with arms/weights to your side. Curl up working the front of you arms. Rotate arms and press up over your head working your shoulders. 12-15 reps depending on comfort level.

3) THE DIP - Put your hands on the end of the chair and extend your legs out. Keep your arms close to the chair and lower yourself down. Exhale as you come up and press all the way down. A set of 10 – 12 reps.

4) THE CHEST FLY - Grab a comfortable set of weights from 2-5 pounds. Extend your arms out to your side with forearms in the air. Make sure your elbows are shoulder level. Make sure your neck and shoulders are relaxed. Inhale as you squeeze your elbows in front to touch, exhale as your press back and retract those shoulders. A set of 12- 15 reps
