The incident took place on May 10th at 10:00 a.m. at the Mendoza Deli located at 322 West Ruscomb Street.
Police say the suspect entered the deli, armed with a gun, and approached the employee.
The suspect pointed the gun at the employee and demanded money. Police say he spoke in both English and Spanish.
The employee opened the cash register and gave the suspect an unknown amount of cash.
The suspect then fled the deli and entered a 1992-1994 Gold Honda Accord 4-door that was driven by a second male.
The car fled traveling east on Ruscomb Street then north on 2nd Street.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 5'3, thin build. He was wearing a knit ski cap, blue jeans, and a long sleeve navy blue Dickie shirt.
The robbery was caught on surveillance video.
