Officers say they were called to a report of gunfire around 10:30 Thursday night at 24th and Carter Streets.
Officers say they found a man in his late 20's to early 30's suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency medical personnel responded but the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
