It happened in the Meadowood Condominiums on the 1500 block of Street Road in Warminster, Pennsylvania.
Authorities arrived and found the teen shot - the victim later died at the scene.
No word on a motive in the shooting but the incident was initially being investigated as a domestic disturbance.
The identity of the victim has not yet been released.
