WDEL-AM reports that the two masked men knocked on the door of a home in Pinewood Acres and forced their way inside. They struck the homeowner in the head with a blunt object.
The homeowner was able to escape the home and the suspects fled without stealing anything.
The homeowner was treated at Kent General Hospital.
