It happened shortly after 3:30 Sunday morning on the 1300 block of Friendship Street.
Authorities were told that three Hispanic males armed and wearing masks entered the home.
One of the suspects fired a shot during the robbery but no one was wounded. One victim - a man in his 20s - was reportedly pistol whipped.
The suspects tied the male victim and a female victim with tape and then ransacked the home.
The men got away with $10,000 and two cell phones.
Both victims were taken to Frankford Torresdale Hospital for injuries sustained from the assault.
Police are still investigating.
