Police have arrested 30-year-old Shronda Chapman. She is charged with attempted murder and other related charges.
The incident happened around 12:05 a.m. on the 4800 block of Palethorp Street.
Police say Chapman shot another woman who was yelling from a second floor window.
The victim was hit in the shoulder.
Chapman fled the scene in a gold sedan, but was soon apprehended nearby.
The victim is in stable condition.
There is no word on what sparked the argument.
