Darnell Loatman, 22, from Bridgeton, was arrested for the incident at Clementon Park, which forced the evacuation of some 5,000 people.
Police say it was on Thursday when the threatening call came in the park's Splash World, forcing it to close for the day.
Investigators were able to get a description of a suspect, and his vehicle, from surveillance video.
From that video, officers were able to locate Loatman's vehicle and he was arrested a short time later.
Police say Loatman was also responsible for a bomb threat called in to Cumberland Regional High School on June 7th.
He was charged with two counts of False Public Alarm and two counts of Terroristic Threats.
Bail was set at $50,000 full cash for each incident and he was sent to the Cumberland County Jail.
Police say they also discovered Loatman had an outstanding bench warrant for failing to appear in an unrelated matter.
