Prizes: A total of approximately 400 winners will receive two (2) admission passes to one of the following attractions: The Philadelphia Zoo, Six Flags Great Adventure, The Franklin Institute, Hersheypark, or Dorney Park.

Entry: To enter, go to a participating library and complete an official entry form, which the library will collect and return to 6abc with all completed entries. All entry fields must be completed to be eligible; winners will be selected at random. Please print clearly. Illegible entries will be disqualified. One entry per child. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Deadline for Entry: Participating libraries must receive all entries by Monday, July 23, 2012. Sweepstakes sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or illegible entries.
Means of Choosing a Winner: Winners will be randomly selected on or about Friday, August 3, 2012. Winners will receive prize tickets in the mail approximately 15 days after the drawing.
Retail Value of Prizes: Individual tickets have an estimated retail value of $100.00 or less; one prize pack of two tickets per winner. Tickets are valid for admission to the attraction only – all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Tickets cannot be traded, transferred, exchanged or refunded for cash value.
By entering this sweepstakes and accepting a prize, winners assume all associated risks and release the Walt Disney Company, ABC Inc., WPVI-TV/6abc, 6abc.com, Wawa, The Philadelphia Zoo, Six Flags Great Adventure, The Franklin Institute, Hersheypark, and Dorney Park from any and all losses, injuries and damages that may occur from use or acceptance of these tickets.
