It happened around 2:30 Sunday morning along Route 13 near the intersection of Penn Valley and Falls Tullytown roads.
Authorities say a driver travelling southbound struck another car - sending it off the road and into a wooded area.
The driver and passenger from that car were both ejected. They were later pronounced dead.
The driver of the striking vehicle was injured and taken to Saint Mary's Hospital for treatment. No word on his condition.
Police have not released the cause of the crash.
