Pa. woman arrested in stun gun incident found dead

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) - June 12, 2012

The (Allentown) Morning Call says 29-year-old Yardley Joy Frantz was pronounced dead at 1 a.m. Monday in her Allentown home.

Lehigh County Coroner Scott Grim said Wednesday that a cause and manner of death ruling was deferred pending results of toxicology tests.

Investigators had alleged that Frantz ran into a man and his nephew with her car last month and zapped the man's son with a stun gun after he confronted her.

Officials said she was promptly arrested and charged with assault after witnesses spotted her "ZOMBIE" license plate. The paper said Frantz said she didn't know who had been driving her car.
