Attorneys: Pa. murder defendant not read rights

MEDIA, Pa. (AP) - July 19, 2012

The Philadelphia Inquirer says defense attorney John Kusturiss argued in Delaware County on Wednesday that 25-year-old Parth Ingle of Pottstown was not read his rights before he gave police a statement.

Ingle and 52-year-old Bhavnaben Ingle are charged in the January 2008 bludgeoning and stabbing death of 55-year-old Arunkumar Ingle in Middletown Township.

Authorities say the slaying was motivated in part by the victim's marital infidelity. Parth Ingle was sentenced in December to probation on a conviction of hacking into his father's emails. Authorities say he also tracked his father's movements with a hidden GPS device.
