$20,000 reward offered in Rite Aid robberies

PHILADELPHIA - July 19, 2012

The robberies happened on June 23rd and July 4th at the stores located at 8440 Frankford Ave and 7941 Oxford Ave.

In both cases the man, who was armed with a gun, entered the store, walked down the first aisle and pulled up a white scarf over his face and proceeded to rob the pharmacy departments of various drugs.

The suspect was wearing a red and black baseball hat, white long sleeve T-shirt, blue jeans and black footwear in both robberies.

The Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $20,000 reward posted by Rite Aid Corporation for any information that would lead to the arrest and conviction of the individual responsible for the robberies these Rite Aid locations.
