The call went out around 11:00 a.m. for an accident at the intersection of 2nd Street and Adams Street.
The view from the Action Cam showed two damaged SUVs, with one overturned on its side.
Three of the people involved were taken to the hospital in stable condition.
The baby could be seen being held by a woman while both were being checked out by medics on the scene.
Police are still investigating how this crash happened.
