The incident happened back in October 2008.
A woman told police she asked Tiaghee Daughtry to walk her to her party bus. She then claimed that he raped her, but Daughtry said their encounter was consensual.
Daughtry was charged with the crime back in November of last year.
The prosecutors say they are unable to meet the burden of proof, and the charges have been dropped.
