Police were called around 10:02 p.m. to the Caveman Apparel store located in the 2200 block of Washington Street.
When they arrived, they found a 27-year-old man suffering from several gunshot wounds to his arms, legs and buttocks.
Officials say two suspects entered the store after the victim and began shooting at him.
Also in the store was the 30-year-old male store owner and another man, 30 who was a patron. They were not hurt in the incident.
The victim was taken to Christiana Hospital and is listed in stable condition.
The two suspects who fled the store were described as two black males, wearing dark colored hooded sweatshirts.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the police as they continue to investigate.
