The flames started Wednesday on the 2100 block of Uber Street in North Philadelphia.
1-year-old Aliyana Wilis and her 8-year-old sister Myana have serious burns. They are both listed in critical condition at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children.
56-year-old Janet Willis remains in fair condition at Temple University Hospital.
She suffered smoke inhalation as she pulled the two girls from the home.
