Surveillance cameras captured the suspect as he ran from the scene of the crime on Federal Street on August 13th.
Police say the suspect man kicked another man's car as he stopped in the 700 block of Federal Street.
When the driver got out of his car to confront him, the suspect stabbed the driver and ran off.
The victim is recovering in the hospital in stable condition.
