A Northeast Philadelphia man is suing the controversial restaurant chain with the racy outfits.
The 25-year-old Korean-American man says an employee wrote an Asian slur on receipts, using it to identify him to other Hooters employees when he picked up his food.
This allegedly happened July 1st, in Fresh Meadows, Long Island.
Kisuk Cha says he was so disgusted he and his girlfriend couldn't even eat the food.
"I thought about going back into the restaurant and talk to the manager or someone, but I thought this type of matter should not be tolerated. I called a lawyer the first thing the next day," Cha said.
Hooters says it is not liable because the 20-year-old hostess violated policy.
She has since resigned.
