The accident occurred shortly before 7:00 a.m. on Route 663 near Spinnertown Road in Milford.
Initial reports indicate two cars were involved in the fatal crash. One car was traveling northbound and the other southbound when one car crossed the lines into on-coming traffic.
Both the drivers were pronounced dead. Two passengers were taken to area hospitals in unknown condition.
