It happened around 12:50 Sunday morning at the Thunderguards Motorcycle Club on the 2800 block of Northeast Boulevard.
Police say about 300 people were there for a party when shots rang out.
An unidentified male in his 30s was shot in the neck and taken to Christiana Hospital.
An unidentified female in her 30s was shot in the buttocks and taken to Wilmington Hospital.
The conditions of both victims have not been released.
So far no word what sparked the shooting.
