New Jersey Governor Chris Christie provided good news Tuesday to New Jersey residents related to the cleanup from superstorm Sandy.

He announced Tuesday that people in all 21 Jersey counties are now eligible for federal disaster assistance.

The governor also updated the situation in Ocean County, particularly, Manoloking.

"It is like a war zone down there," said Governor Chris Christie. "Route 35 in Mantaloking has been washed away. The ocean is flowing into the bay."

The governor said rebuilding Route 35 is a top priority.

Some county and local roads are still closed, but all state roads are back open.

"Call FEMA and get registered," said Gov. Christie. You can't get assistance until you get registered."
