Jomary Mendez was last seen around 6:00 Friday evening in the area of Centennial Village.
Police say Mendez had an argument with her mother. She left shortly after the argument and has not returned.
Detectives say the teen has run away before and there is a real concern for her safety.
She is described as 5'8", approximately 300 pounds, with brown eyes, brown hair and was last seen wearing a grey hooded jacket and tan pants.
