Intercourse Fire Company Chief Steve Diener says 14-year-old Henry Lapp was operating a disc pulled by three or four mules when he became trapped Friday morning in Leacock Township, Lancaster County.
County coroner Steve Diamantoni says Lapp fell from the equipment's platform and under the rig. His death was ruled an accident.
Diener tells the Intelligencer Journal/Lancaster New Era that Lapp was working alone at the time of his death.
