47-year-old Franklin Matias, with addresses in both Philadelphia and Camden, was picked up by the U.S. Marshal's office on Monday, according to Supervisory Deputy Jim Burke.
Matias' arrest came after 6abc.com published a slideshow with the names and photos of 10 men being sought by the Marshals.
Someone recognized Matias and phoned in a tip. Matias was arrested at a tire shop in the area of Franklin and Berks.
Matias was also wanted for Megan's Law violations.
By the way, we're told the tipster will be receiving a cash reward.
