Fmr. owner sought for shooting at Warminster restaurant (PHOTOS)

Police say a former owner allegedly walked into a Warminster, Bucks County restaurant and opened fire on Friday.

Police say they are seeking the former owner of a Warminster restaurant in connection with a shooting there Friday morning.


It happened around 10:00 a.m. at Mama Giuliani's restaurant on County Line Road in Warminster Township.

Police say that former owner, Jose Delgado, fired four shots in the direction of the new owner. No one was hit.

Police say Delgado, of Philadelphia, left in a red Ford Explorer and may be headed to New York City.

The restaurant is closed and the surrounding shopping center was on lockdown.

Chopper 6 HD was overhead as a massive police presence remained on the scene.
