Man wanted for $30,000 ID theft in West Goshen

WEST GOSHEN TWP., Pa. - January 17, 2013

The victim contacted authorities after being informed that someone had used his personal information to open up credit accounts at a number of retail stores in Deptford, New Jersey on December 19, 2012.

Over $30,000 worth of merchandise, including high end electronic devices and jewelry, were fraudulently purchased from the stores on the same date.

Employees from the retail stores told investigators that the male suspect provided a Pennsylvania driver's license with the victim's personal information and a driver's number that matched, as well as a second form of identification.

Police say security video obtained from one of the stores shows the suspect's vehicle, which appears to be a newer black SUV or minivan.

The West Goshen Police are urging anyone who can identify the suspect to contact investigators at 610-696-7400.
