63-year-old Pat Jamrozik of Lamport Road in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania is accused of luring a 12-year-old boy into his home.
According to police, Jamrozik examined the child's feet and body while touching himself.
The boy reported the incident to his father and he then called the police.
Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood said, "Investigators found Polaroid pictures of boys inside Jamrozik's home."
Authorities are now trying to identify the children seen in the pictures.
