Officers conducted an undercover sting operation in the 6800 block of Torresdale Avenue on Tuesday.
Police say the investigation began after they received numerous complaints that "illicit sexual acts" were performed at the establishment.
Investigators say the four were arrested after an undercover officer was solicited for sex acts.
The four arrested are:
Aneisah Scott, 20, from the 5600 block of McMahon Street
Christina Bohnert, 26, from the 5000 block of Griscom Street
Brenda Davilla, 39, from the 4600 block of Griscom Street
Lisa Ann Kingston, 52, from the 1000 block of Second Avenue in Croydon, Pa.
All four were charged with Criminal Conspiracy, Prostitution and related offenses.
