Action News was at Chesterbrook District Court as 31-year-old Dante Alston was arraigned on robbery and related charges.
Alston surrendered to police early Wednesday.
An arrest warrant was issued for him after police say Alston and two other men broke into an apartment on Minor Avenue in the Paoli area of Tredyffrin Township ten days ago and stole money.
33-year-old Craig Brown and 30-year-old Kenneth Durrell were arrested last week and charged.
Bail for Alston, Brown and Durrell has been set at $100,000 cash.
