Authorities say 16-year-old Ahkee Flonnory was gunned down on Jan. 26 on the unit block of East 24th Street.
An investigation revealed the Flonnory was approached by an unknown suspect who shot him in the head.
A second victim, wasn't shot, but was injured by a projectile at the scene.
The motive and the identity of the suspect still remain unknown.
