At Sweat Fitness Queen Village, personal trainer Carly Rubenstein slims you down with a fat blasting workout known as Tabata.
It's comprised of four minute intervals, eight sets, 20 seconds each of exercises like high plank mountain climbers, lunges, and speed squats.
With a 10 second recovery before you start all over again.
"Tabata leaves you burning calories in the fat burning zone up to 36 hours after your workout," Rubenstein said.
At Jodi Piereth's F.I.T. Class at Medford Fitness, kids at heart blast calories on a jungle gym.
The fun fitness contraption they use is called MoveStrong, a full body, circuit workout.
In the course of an hour, you rotate through 14 different strength training stations, including a set of monkey bars and ropes or tire flipping.
In between each station, you squeeze in 45 seconds of cardio.
At Focus Fitness on the Main Line, FF Fusion is shaking up the average barre routine by adding cardio for an optimal fat burn.
It's all about lengthening, strengthening and toning to get red carpet ready legs like Angelina Jolie.
Speaking of dance, at Main Line Health and Fitness in Bryn Mawr, Christine Gallagher is challenging you to channel your inner JLo.
Christine created Red Hot Dance - a funky, fast paced cardio class where you leave your inhibitions and your inches on the dance floor.
I actually started doing this because I needed to lose 20 pounds.
"It feels like a night out at the club or just dancing in your room," Christine said.
