Delco man removed from arraignment in nephew slaying

MEDIA, Pa. - March 14, 2013

The Delaware County Daily Times reports Delaware County Judge Mary Alice Brennan warned Paul Adams Jr. several times Wednesday he would be removed if he continued to talk out of turn.

He rejected the court's authority and repeatedly asked the judge to provide proof of jurisdiction, saying he did not consent to the proceeding. Adams was arraigned on homicide and other counts.

Prosecutors allege Adams beat Tyreece Charlow for 45 minutes in November because he wouldn't get his school clothes ready for the next day. Adams is a fourth-degree black belt in karate.
