Officers in Florida arrested Robert Pham on Tuesday on a warrant for felony theft by false pretenses issued by the Alameda County District Attorney's Office.
Die-hard 49ers fan Sharon Osgood shared her story with ABC7 in January. She mailed money to a man advertising the tickets on Craigslist.
Instead of tickets, she got a package with taunts inside saying "Go Ravens."
Ticketmaster's CEO gave Osgood tickets after he heard her story.
