James Kocinec, 61, and Jason Kocinec, 33, both of the 300 block of East Sixth Street in Blades, are charged with multiple counts of dealing in child pornography.
The arrests followed an undercover investigation by the Delaware Child Predator Task Force.
Prosecutors say child porn was found on multiple computers, cell phones and digital storage devices seized from the men's home on March 20th.
Jason Kocinec was arrested and charged immediately following the raid. He is being held on $300,000 secured bail.
His father, James, was arrested on April 12th after investigators found additional evidence on some of the storage devices.
James Kocinec has been released on $1.5 million unsecured bail.
Prosecutors say consideration was given to his age and health when bail was set.
