2 gunmen sought in Bethlehem standoff

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - April 23, 2013

A man was shot on the street just after 5:30 p.m. on Monday afternoon at Marvine and Fairmount.

Authorities then converged on Bethlehem's Marvine-Pembroke public housing project after receiving information that the gunmen may have been inside one of the homes.

Police surrounded one of the units for an hour and a half but when they entered the residence, the shooting suspects were not inside.

The victim was taken to St. Luke's Hospital for treatment. There is no word on his condition.

Police continue to investigate.
