District Attorney James Martin announced homicide charges Wednesday against 20-year-old Ulysses Rodriguez.
Investigators say Rodriguez shot 21-year-old Tyree Wimberly outside Scoobie's Gentlemen's Club in Bethlehem back on January 26th.
A witness with Wimberly at the time of the shooting told investigators it all started with a question.
"They encountered a man near the intersection of Eaton and Club Avenues, where the man asked them if they wanted to buy marijuana," said Martin. "The witness said Mr. Wimberly told the man they were not interested, and a confrontation ensued. Detectives say Rodriquez goes by the street name Slime and was last known to be living in Allentown.
