Patricia Gustaitis and her 16-year old son allegedly stole more than $18,000 worth of metal from Poured Foundations in Yorklyn.
Police say the suspects broke into the building 3 different times, and sold the metal as scrap.
The burglaries allegedly occurred on March 14th, 16th and 30th.
Both are facing a number of charges including theft and burglary.
Gustaitis has been released on $21,100 unsecured bail. Her son was released on $9,500 unsecured bail.
