Car crashes into tree, driver found shot in the chest

Police in Camden found a vehicle smashed into a tree and the driver suffering multiple gunshot wounds.

It happened just after midnight Sunday at the intersection of Royden and West streets.

The 24-year-old male victim was found shot several times in the chest.

He was taken to Cooper University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police are still investigating and have not released the victim's identity or a motive.
