To enter, correctly fill out the FYI Philly Summer Fun Sweepstakes entry form on 6abc.com. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM on Wednesday June 5th, 2013.

III. AGE LIMIT, RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER SPECIAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Winners must be residents of the Delaware Valley and at least 18 years of age. Employees, and their immediate family members, of WPVI-TV, ABC, or Disney are not eligible to win.
IV. MEANS OF CHOOSING WINNER
Winners will be chosen at random among all entries received.
Winners will be notified by a phone call and/or e-mail by end of day on Thursday June 6th, and announced on the FYI Philly program on Saturday June 8th, 2013.
6abc is not responsible for any problems, including delays in e-mail transmission, that may result in late notification of a winning entry.
