It happened around 8:00 p.m. Sunday on the 800 block of Buck Lane.
Sources tell Action News that the two men, ages 39 and 44 were working at the home.
The homeowner told the men they could go for a swim when they were finished. However neither victim knew how to swim.
Both men were taken to Bryn Mawr Hospital. One of the victims was reported as conscious and alert while the other is listed in critical condition.
The names of the victims have not been released and the incident remains under investigation.
