Authorities identified the victim as 20-year-old Cody Moyer. He and 21-year-old Jonny Velez, both of Reading, were reported missing after the craft overturned around 6:00 p.m. Saturday about a quarter-mile south of the Peach Bottom nuclear plant. A third man swam to shore.
Moyer's father says his son was on a fishing trip with two former Muhlenberg High School classmates when their boat capsized.
Crews searched the water and shore for several hours Saturday and Sunday. On Monday, a boater spotted the body in the water about 200 yards south of the power plant.
