4 sought in coordinated South Philadelphia pharmacy robbery

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA - June 24, 2013

The robbery happened at 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 18th at the Sav-More Pharmacy at 2237 South 7th Street.

According to police, one of the suspects enters and appears to case the store while the other suspects wait outside.

While still inside the pharmacy, the first suspect calls the other three on his cell phone.

Moments later, police say, the second suspect - who was armed with a handgun - enters and demands money from the workers while the third and fourth suspects acted as lookouts.

After stealing an undisclosed amount of cash, all four fled the scene on foot.

The suspects are described by police as:

Suspect #1: Asian male, 20 years old, 5'8" tall, thin build, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Suspect #2: Black male 20 years old, 6'0" tall,, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, mask covering face, gloves, backpack and armed with a handgun.

Suspect #3: Black male, 20 years old, 6'0" tall,, thin build, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Suspect #4: Asian male, 20 years old, 5'9" tall,, stocky build, two toned grey shirt and dark cargo pants.
