Philadelphia police say a woman lost control of her car, hit at least one parked car before flipping over.
It happened along the 4500 block of "D" Street, in the Feltonville section of the city just after 12:00 a.m.
The woman was not injured, and was quickly taken into police custody.
Police are trying to determine if the driver was impaired.
